The Aggie Sustainability Alliance, open to all faculty, staff, and students, engages participants in fostering a campus culture of sustainability. Individuals and offices are recognized for their voluntary contributions to sustainable energy and water use, transportation, food and purchasing, waste minimization, and social sustainability.

Individual Certification

The base of the Aggie Sustainability Alliance program is the individual checklist. This checklist is completed online and can be submitted by any Texas A&M University student, faculty, or staff member.

Office Certification

For participants seeking greater involvement, the Aggie Sustainability Alliance additionally offers an office-wide certification. Offices self-define and generally share common kitchen areas and break rooms. To qualify to participate, 35% or more of full-time faculty/staff working in the space must have first certified as individuals within ASA.
