University Dining

University Dining is committed to implementing and maintaining sustainability in all aspects of our operation. Our efforts range from utilizing organic and locally grown foods in our facilities as well as programs like Farmer’s Market, to the recycling of cardboard, paper, aluminum and cooking oil. University Dining continues to work with departments and students to help determine better ways to make dining on campus even greener.
